Fixed Keyword Highlighting for External Candidates

We fixed an issue where keywords wrapped in quotation marks (e.g., "Asset Management") were not being highlighted as matches on the Job Boards tab of the Candidate list. Now, highlighting works correctly for quoted, multi-word Boolean search terms, consistent with existing behavior on the Bullhorn tab of the Candidate list.
